The sport of boxing promotes discipline, dedication, and the importance of teamwork. These are life skills that follow the individual beyond the ring. Since 1934 Detroit Golden Gloves has celebrated prominent National Golden Glove Champions in and out the boxing ring, from Joe Louis, Emanuel Steward & Thomas Hearns. To date, Metro Detroit Golden Gloves have a total of 44 National Gold Champions.

The Metro Detroit Golden Gloves has a proud history of providing athletes with a platform to showcase their skills, determination, and passion. Our efforts currently support 30 boxing gyms with the Metro Detroit Area. We are dedicated to supporting local amateur athletes by providing them with opportunities to showcase their skills both locally and nationally through competitive boxing events. We are reaching out to you today to seek your support as a sponsor for our organization.
